Timeline

Phase I 

Provide on-site childcare for up to six children up to three full days a week.

We will operate on a referral-only basis at the this stage,

Phase II

Expand the daycare to accommodate up to 12 children.

Expand hours to Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Clientele will still come from referrals.

Institute day care programming and establish healthy routines for the children.

Institute programming for the mothers, offering classes and life coaching skills.

Phase III

Open new location to accommodate up to 20 children during the day.

New location will accommodate target population in addition to children of local families.

Launch housing facility with overnight care space for up to 20 children.
